Symposium
Where MOLSAMP scholars present research and prepare for their future.
The annual Undergraduate Research Symposium, sponsored by MOLSAMP, provides opportunities for MOLSAMP scholars to present their research in poster sessions, establish collegial relationships with scholars from MOLSAMP Alliance institutions, and network with graduate school representatives and STEM industry partners. These experiences provide motivation to successfully complete STEM degrees.
2020 Symposium Presenters
Historically, the symposium has been hosted on-site at Alliance institutions. Due to safety precautions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the symposium was not hosted in 2020, yet the Alliance wanted to showcase student research from 2020 through this virtual poster publication.

Missouri Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation
The Louis Stokes Alliances for Minority Participation (LSAMP) is an NSF-sponsored program designed to diversify the nation's science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) workforce by increasing the number of graduates from populations that are historically underrepresented in these disciplines.
MOLSAMP is Missouri's coalition of public and private universities and one community college on a mission to achieve LSAMP's goal statewide.
